Pookie turns photos of your pet into sticker packs. This policy covers exactly what leaves your phone and why.
The photos you pick are uploaded to our generation server to draw your stickers. They are stored under a random identifier so your pack can be finished, redrawn, and animated without re-uploading. OpenAI processes the photos solely to generate and match sticker artwork. We do not link the photos to your name or email, permit their use for model training, or sell them. Email us to have them deleted.
Your pet's name never leaves your phone. If you write a short bio, the text is sent once to pick matching sticker ideas and is not stored.
Signing in with Apple or Google is optional. Your name and email stay on your device and are not sent to our servers.
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Sticker generation and matching use OpenAI. Payments use Apple. Analytics and crash diagnostics use PostHog. Each provider processes only the data its feature requires.
We collect anonymous usage events, such as screens visited and features used, tied to a random install identifier, never to your identity, photos, or pet's name. Bundled diagnostics may also collect crash and app-stability data so we can fix failures. These analytics and diagnostics are not used for tracking.
Pookie can update Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution system with aggregate app milestones, such as a first launch, a completed preview, or a verified purchase. Apple may provide ad networks with campaign-level postbacks when its privacy thresholds allow. Pookie does not collect an advertising identifier for this measurement.
Pookie does not show ads inside the app, and we do not sell your data.
Pookie is not directed at children under 13.
